Support Ticket Auto reply format

HI,

regarding the emails generated by ERPNext i.e. Support Ticket Autoreply. is there any list of variables or place holder can be used to customize the Emails?

I.e. I like to reply to the customer with the Ticket ID created or even a ,ink back to the Support Ticket if he has access to the system somehow.

I'm envision something like {$ticket_id} ...

Is there a github issue on this? We are going to work on github issues aggressively, especially such small enhancements that users want.
