Change MySQL Database

Hello,

Currently this is the command I use to start ERPNext:

/home/erp/frappe/frappe-bench/env/bin/frappe --serve erpnext.xy.domain.com --sites_path /home/www/erp/frappe/frappe-bench/sites

When I installed ERPNext, the MySQL user was root. Is there any way to change the user to the erpnext database in the system to a regular user?
