Daily Activity Report

Hi

Could you please do inform me whether it is possible for me to get the Day Book Print out from the Software. I am migrating from Tally ERP to your software after being with them for the past 20 yrs. I am happy with your MRP , Attendance and  features of ERP. 

In case this report is available it would be the best since this would also save time from moving around for me to check on production report , Po report , Goods Movement , Journal Ledger , Purchase Ledger , Matrl Req Sales order and Sales Ledger.

Also is it possible for us to get the report as Crystal report instead of CSV since if this option is available then it would be great as I am in Hong Kong but my factories are in China and Sri Lanka with trading Office in  Hong Kong and India. Then I could think of switching to Unlimited editions as right now I am planning to deploy this only for my factory in Sri Lanka.

As regards to Selling could my executives log in and report on their daily visit instead of just creating Lead , Oppurtunity then converting as sales and delivery.

Hello Rajesh,

ERPNext has auto-reporting tool called Email Digest.  And auto-email will be sent to you at day end for the selected transactions. You can enable this feature from:

Setup >> Email >> Email Digest

As understood from our technical persons, Crystal Report requires windows platform to be able to run. While, ERPNext runs on Linux and Mac OS only. Still, since ERPNext is an open source application, you can approach any technical partner to have this application integrated with ERPNext via an API. Or you could write an app in Visual Basic that connects to MySQL

Most of our customers have migrated from Tally and alike accounting solutions. You can connect with them on forum as well.
