Item Warehouse Restriction

Is there a way to restrict items that can be transacted into a warehouse.  For example, a raw material item should not be allowed to be issued to a Store Warehouse wherein only Finished Goods are allowed.

Not out of the box - you might have to write a custom script for this. If restriction has to be built, it would have to be based on something like Item Group.
