When entering Sales invoice it says cannot save as no exchange rate defined for USD to USD??

why will the system require the exchange rate for same currency??

this is preventing us from creating invoices and our business is at a standstill?

Anyone else having same problem? when should we expect a fix?

Aamar,

This is working fine at our end..

When customer currency and base currency is similar, Exchange Rate field is hidden. It is only visible when customer currency is other than base currency of a company.

The currency selected in your invoice, may be looking like your base currency, but might be some other currency. Please verify.

it says that may be the exchange rate record for USD to USD is not created.



The customer record has the USD currency and we do not have any foreign currency used so there is no question of using any exchange rate.

also it does not pull the customer address in the sales invoice automatically. it used to do it and has stopped doing it.
