[ERPNext 4] Website Settings and Style Settings do not load completely after migration from 3 to 4

I faced "Backups path in conf set to public directory" error while migrating

searching the forums gave me the solution; I changed path in sites/erpnext/site_config.json to private/backups.

Then I used ./script/update.sh and ./script/post_update.sh

Everything went fine afterwards and I could log in to desk with my old account.

But when I open "Website Settings" and "Style Settings" in Website app > setup

I only see half page loaded.

I tried to ./script/update.sh and ./script/post_update.sh again but no change.

I uploaded/attached StyleSettingsMissing.png and WebsiteSettingsMissing.png
