database backup

hi

how can i mange erpnext  database  in my server 
save backups  restor it  ...........etc

You can use `frappe --backup sitename` and `frappe --restore dbname sitename`

I think this could be a utility in bench too (at least could be
documentated there).

it's return

Usage: bench [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Error: no such option: --backup
