Syncing ERP systems

Hello community,
I am trying to keep one ERP system in sync with multiple different ERP systems.
By this I mean that I want to, for example, be able to keep one "main" ERP system up to date with all of the products, orders and such that the other ERP systems contain.
Is it possible to achieve this, be it through the aid of an API or by somehow setting up the main ERP in such a way that it can automatically fetch data from other ERP's.

Yes, its possible using the API. If you are using v3,
