Problem installing ERPNext on Ubuntu 13.04 x64

Hi there

I was trying to install the ERPNext software by following the instructions on the official github profile, but it gave me lots of errors, whose i managed to solve, but still doesnt install the software completely.

So, i'm thinking of download the github branch, and install it locally (python setup.py install), what is actually the difference if i install it like that?

Is there some other tutorial or recommendation i could follow to install it smoothly?
