Sales invoice email default text

Hi,

is it possible to set a default text in the sales invoice email that is sent to the customer?

Yes.

Go to Setup > Enable / Disable Email Notifications

Here you can customize default text of email for Sales Invoice and other such transactions.

Thanks, but the default is 'Dear {name},' and is not appearing when i try to customize the notification. How can i use the placeholder for the name?
