Hi Amy,

Have you saved the email settings for support and outgoing mails?

Go to Setup > Email Settings

And enter the smtp and pop mail settings. When you save those settings, system will validate if it can connect using those settings. 

If even those are correct and you still can't receive support mails, please go to Setup > Scheduler Log and check the output of last few logs to see if there are any errors for getting support mails.
