Customization on Frappe Cloud

Hello there,

I have a question in my mind.

Let say i have ERPNext hosted on frappecloud. Now i have to edit/add some functionality. Is it possible to edit/alter any code of ERPNext while it is hosted on cloud?
Or do you host any modified)(modified for specific use) version of ERPNext on your cloud?
