I feel like I literally never hear anyone talking about it. I use ableton now, but for a good year i used magix. I think i got it in a humble bundle or something? Does anyone STILL use magix? Is it any good?

I upgraded from MEP17 to latest version and now I get pop up advertisements in the lower right corner (system tray area), huge pop ups advertising Magix software (sound maker etc) even when I am not using MEP. The ads just pop up randomly at anytime when I am connected. It is shocking that my paid software is doing this to my computer and really very shady on Magix part! How to disable this? I have lost trust in Magix and shan't be upgrading to any further versions and will be switching to a different program if they keep this shady practice up. At least give us the option to opt in or out or disable the ads!
Since upgrading to windows 11, musicmaker doesn't work anymore and when I download it it automatically updates to a new version that doesn't work with windows 11. Is there another version I can download or a version that doesn't automatically upgrade? When I try to run the Magix musicmaker program it says, Music maker doesn't work anymore. Exception code, 0x80000003, thread name, MuMa Location, address, 0x00007FFA, module, Qt5WebEngineCore.dll. Can someone assists?
the problem seems to be with magix musick maker when click a sample or one your own loops from a nother file what ever you click on starts to play sound then it cause a freez when you try to put it or anthing into any track every thing ok till this point its when you do that when you try to put somthing into a track
FIXED YOU NAILD IT SORRY what was is i was in wav driver 64 bit as asio wasnt option with new music maker thought was new thing didn't realize i was running on windows 11 driver for sound card i needed to go load Behringer drivers sorted now thank you for your help
ok what the problem was was i had to reload windows 11 windows has a Behringer soundcard driver but you really need to go to Behringer and load there driver wich is out date but works better then win 11 driver i just up graded music maker asio Behringer wasn't a option in the new music maker but it was showing up in wav driver 64 32 bit witch was different looking from other music maker so i just figured thats part of the new program what it was i had to go load the Behringer driver its all fixed now thank you very much for your help
Help, Music makers sound in the program is completely fine, it's when i go out of the program to view or listen to videos or music, it will cancel the audio completely. So I have to restart my computer to get sound back. How do I fix this ???
Im not sure if i have the same problem but music maker works but it mutes every other audio
it makes it so if im in a call my mic and audio both go to music maker not the call or both like other applications
It's MAGIX's name for their construction kits, that is, sample packs (available in wav and ogg versions) where most loops are available in 6 or 7 keys (in some cases it's not just pitch shift, but a slightly different version of the loop in a different key, and changing from major to minor when appropriate). Soundpools also include additional info files (an ini and an xml) so that they can be integrated into MAGIX Music Maker's Songmaker AI composition tools (but you can just ignore these files if using with other DAWs)
I have exported a single note scale on one track from Music Maker (from midi editor screen) as a midi file. When loading it into music maker an error message says "MIDI LOAD. Load failed :bad midifile: unexpected EOF" . Using Musescore 4 the system may then crash.
The midi file from this DAW reloads into the DAW ok and extension is shown as midi file in "properties". Midi files exported from my Yamaha keyboard load into both versions of Musescore without a hitch. Is there anything I can do to for musescare to accept a single track melody (no chords) midi file from my Magix Music Maker DAW. Thank you. TestMusicMakerMidiFile.mid
1. How do I activate my Website Maker easy plus account (for people who bought the Website Maker Box)
Start Website Maker from your desktop. Now enter the activation code into Website Maker button on the page that just opened. The activation code for your Website Maker can be found on the flyer included, on the CD cover or in your confirmation email
2. How do I access my website?
You and your friends can access your website via the automatically set-up web address (for example, -name.magix.net/website), which must be entered into the address bar of your browser. If you have registered a domain as a Website Maker deluxe or Website Maker easy customer (for example, www.your-name.com), your website will be accessible via this address.
5. When will my domain be available?
As soon as you have decided on a domain and completed your registration, MAGIX will send your domain application to the relevant NIC (Network Information Center). For newly registered users, it can take up to three days for the registration to be processed. Normally, registration should be completed within 1-4 hours. Your domain status can be requested at any time via the Control Center in the domain service area at www.magix-online.com.
7. What is a subdomain and what is the subdomain for my website called?
Upon activating your account in the Control Center of the Online World (irrespective of the selected package) you will automatically receive a subdomain (web address). This is usually -name.magix.net. If you already own an Online Album, this sub-domain with the extension /website will be selected automatically. This way, your website is also accessible online for, as of yet, unprocessed domain registrations.
8. Can I change the address of my subdomain?
Log in to www.magix-online.com, switch to the "My Online World" area and click on "Settings" in the Control Center. You will then be able to change your address via the "Change web address" link.
The login details for SMTP are made up of your MAGIX email address and the password you used upon registering for the service.
15. How can I change my Online World user data (email address, password, bank details, etc.)?
You can change your user details at any time via the Control Center at www.magix-online.com. Simply log in and switch to "Settings" in the "My Online World" area. Here, you can make further changes.
