Thanks for following up on this Johanna.
Should Carmen work till the end of this week?
In the future, will volunteer parents be responsible for cleaning the toys?
Greg, can you please reimburse me for Carmen's wages before transferring the playroom money to management?
I'll include the severance pay in the total expenses by this weekend. How much should we give her? 2 weeks or more?

I just checked the playroom inbox and nothing yet from the board committee. I would say if someone contacts you before they get in touch with us I'll call Shulie and we'll ask him what he wants us to do. 

Does anyone know if there are any parties booked for future dates at this point? 

I will call him this afternoon to check in about the email, see where it is.

Since we haven't received any communications yet I guess she could work through this week. But apparently there is a lock on the supply cabinet, so can she get supplies?

I asked Shulie to have the Board committee get in touch with us so we can download to them what we know about playroom maintenance and upkeep and speak to them about things like having parents clean the toys. I should hope they'll have someone in charge of making sure that happens... 

As far as the amount of the severance three weeks feels right to me. What do you think? What does everyone think?
