Hi Team,

We are being audited by the East River board - see below. I would really like to meet to discuss this ASAP. I have only heard from two of you saying you cannot attend tonight, can everyone else meet tonight at 8:30? If not, when? Next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday?

The Board of Directors of East River Housing has decided to review the East River playroom. The Board has instructed me to ask you for the following information:

 

1. a list of all current members and their home addresses;

2. a list of anyone involved in managing the operations of the room (if there is anyone in addition to you);

3. a list of all current playroom "rules";

4. an explanation regarding how playroom leadership is chosen, length of leadership terms, etc.;

5. a list of all scheduled party or other playroom rental dates;

6. an explanation regarding who collects the membership dues, how such funds are maintained, and an explanation of how the funds are spent (cleaning, toys, etc.).

 

Please submit the above information to me at your earliest convenience, but by no later than Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or wish to discuss.

Please put your name next to available dates for next week. We can meet at my house, the playroom, or someone else's house if you want to meet but can't get childcare. Let's assume an 8:30 meet time. Whichever gets the most votes wins.
