Hi all,

There have been a lot of roach sightings in the playroom so the exterminator is going to come by tomorrow (Wed) at 5:00. I'm going to meet him there to see if he has the gel rather than the spray -- the gel stuff stays put and I would feel much better about having that done than spray.

Does anyone have experience with him or know what has been done in the past?

If he doesn't have the gel and only spray, shall we still have him do it? I could ask him to only do inside cabinets and at the backs of closets, under the toy chests...

Any thoughts?

Johanna

I've been seeing a lot of roaches in the building in general.  I had them come to our apartment a few weeks ago but I wasn't there when he came.  My nanny was there. She said he had both the spray and the gel but did not spray because of my son.  instead he put the gel in a few spots. and it's been much better.  But, my nanny said he also had some kind of device that could detect "problem spots".  Do any of you know this device?  Anyhow, according to this device, we have issues in our kitchen behind our sink which makes sense because we have a water problem back there that needs to be fixed.  Maybe he could run this test in the playroom too to see if there is some kind of source for the issue?
