Hi all,
Thanks everyone for the positive feedback on the emails. I've just sent
them out and will plan on checking the inbox at least once during the
course of the week to field any questions that I am able to deal with.
Next steps/questions:
1. Who is responsible for updating the list of "problem memberships"
(people who had not renewed, filled out the form or paid) at the end of
the week once we have a clearer sense of who's taken action in response
to the emails?
2. Once this is done, who is responsible for connecting with the keycard
guy to make sure keys are turned off for Feb 16 (next Sat) assuming we
don't want to extend the grace period again?
3. Do we want to reach out again later in the week with another
reminder, or do we think that two reminders is enough?
4. What else?
