Hi all,

Short and sparse meeting. Lauren, Malky and I were in attendance. 

March Newsletter

We need to produce a news letter by the end of next week. 

++Hadassah can you write something about needing a new toy czarina, who would check on toy conditions from time to time, assess what can be fixed, tossed or set up with new batteries? And something about where to find dates the room is closed for parties?

++Malky will write something about membership, how we did on our drive, how members can let nonmembers sign up on-line. 

++Brian will add a few reminders about rules/responsibilities. 

ER Board & Ceiling Tiles

Looks like the ER Board and management will be asking for us to make the remaining payments on the ceiling tiles. We need to work on some wording to the effect that, "We are happy to make payments toward effective noise dampening ceiling tiles. However, the current tiles do not sufficiently reduce noise for the apartment above the playroom. If playroom volunteers can be part of the bidding and research process for selecting new and effective tiles, we will gladly continue to make payments toward the same. We look forward to working cooperatively with the board and management to resolve the issue."
