Dear ERP Members,
Happy New Year! We have a lot
to share and really hope to be in touch with you more often in 2013.
But, let's face it, we are working and full-time parents who volunteer
so please bare with us!
We hope that you will join us as a member again
in 2013. Just go to our
brand new website www.eastriverplayroom.com
and follow the instructions to renew your membership. Membership fees
for 2013 are on sale for $175 through this Sunday, January 13th from 9am-12pm in the playroom. Beginning
Monday, January 14th annual membership fees will be $200 for the year. Card keys will be deactivated
on January 31st if membership fees are not paid prior to that date.
A few announcements, updates, and reminders:
- Please join us on Sunday, January 27th in the playroom from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. for snacks, activities and a chance to mingle with old friends and meet new members.
- Beginning February 1st, 2013
the cost to rent the playroom for a private party will be $200 for a 4
hour rental. A $100 deposit and signed agreement will also be required
in order to secure the space. Additional rental information and the
agreement will be added to our website in the next few days.
- The playroom closes 7 nights a week for deep cleaning of the bathroom and floors. It is YOUR
responsibility clean up toys, wipe down tables after eating and
throw way wrappers, leftover food, etc. If this does not happen there
is less time for mopping, disinfecting, and keeping the room germ free!
- Speaking of germs, please
be considerate and do not bring your child to the playroom within 24
hours of having a fever or if they are contagious in any way.
