Actually the only cast to tv app that does what is says it doesn't cut off after a few minutes like some of these other screen mirroring apps do.I feel very happy to see my screen very big! Best app to do smart mirroring!
I have downloaded several apps for screen mirroring and I've always had a difficult time using them This is the very first time I found a mirroring app that actually does what it says. The only intuitive screencast program!
App runs well, no lagging or buffering. I've used this cast to tv app 5 times without any problems. I plan to continue using with the hope this app will stay easy to use with proper functionality for device.
I started using it today. To my greatest surprise with just one click and it was da BOMB... I am so excited I found this wireless display App and it definitely works successfully superb. Super convenient and easy to connect my phone to the TV!
I have Roku premiere 3920 and I can no longer do screen mirroring with my iPhone. Both devices are on same network, yet Roku no longer pops up as recognized device on phone, and I am not able to set up that airplay homekit feature on the Roku. That option simply does not respond. Not sure if it has anything to do with the upgrade to iOS 15. Thoughts?
The issue is stated clearly in the article. It would do no good for me to restate it or for anyone to offer standard troubleshooting replies. This is a problem that the Roku update caused and only the people at Roku can fix.
I'm teaching a hybrid class this week - some students are in-person and some are virtual. I was hoping to be able to use Zoom on my iPad to host the students who'll be joining us virtually and use the screen mirroring function on my iPad to cast the Zoom call onto the TV in my classroom. That way, when I share my screen with my students on Zoom - and use my Apple Pencil to write on worksheets I've got on my iPad - the students in the classroom can see what I'm writing as well up on the TV. I tried doing that today and Zoom wouldn't let me for some reason. Does anyone here have any experience with this? I've heard from a few teachers that they were able to do this in their classrooms this past year when some of their students were in-person and some of them were virtual. But I can't seem to figure out how to do it myself.
If that does not work, or does not satisfy what you are looking to do, please let me know. You can also try posting this to the meetings chat board as well. If my suggestion did solve it, please mark as resolved.
Hi @Pat_laMorte , this is an older post but I'm wondering if you know what we should do here. We can cast the zoom meeting on the apple TV but we cannot do screenshare. Is there a setting we can enable on our zoom profiles?
