Required Skills :
· Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions utilizing Salesforce Communications Cloud, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
· Architect scalable and secure solutions for key Communications Cloud modules such as Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Digital Commerce.
· Collaborate with enterprise architects and other solution architects to design holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, billing platforms, ERP).
· Create and maintain architectural blueprints, design specifications, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
· Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and articulate proposed solutions.
· Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the optimal use of Salesforce features and functionalities within the Communications Cloud.
· Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Communications Cloud and external systems using various integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi).
· Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect.
· Extensive and demonstrable experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including a deep understanding of its core modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, CLM, Digital Commerce) and underlying data model.
