2-3 Month Remote - Gemfire Admin - Raritan NJ

[Client Requirements]

Role: Gemfire Admin

Customer: Johnson & Johnson

Location: Raritan NJ (Initial 2-3 months remote, later onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

 

• Expert in Gemfire Admin / Architecture, design, development

• Data management for critical applications using cache technology, Installing and configuring the Gemfire (In memory Data Grid) on a distributed WAN.

• Experience on Gemfire 9X ( 9.6 & 9.10.6) preferred having expertise on setting up end to end  Gemfire environments understanding the requirement.

• Experience with Gemfire Security, Disk Stores & SSL and user management.

• Good experience with Gemfire Regions, Gateways for WAN replication.

• Experience with Gemfire load balancing policies

• Experience with Gemfire plugin interfaces

• In-depth knowledge of network and distributed internet technologies including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and web application architectures is a plus.

• experience with at least one if not most of the following languages; python, perl, java, etc..

• Experience with XML,HTTP/SOAP and HTTP-direct

• Experience in Programming using Web services (SOAP, REST API)

• Having good PCF(Pivotal cloud foundry), WebLogic, Spring source Tomcat server, Gemfire caching, troubleshooting skills.

• Must have hands-on experience on Spring Framework, Spring cloud data flow, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring XD, Spark, AWS, Kafka.

• Experience on multiple operating systems & having expertise on scripting ..

Knowledge of integration tools good knowledge of EAI concepts is a plus
