Job Title: Sr. Front End Developer

Job Location: Loveland, CO

Duration: Long Term Contract

Interview: Telephonic & Skype

Experience Required: 8-10 Yrs.

 

Role Description:

·         Designs the overall technological architecture of the product

·         Mentors and coaches the technical team, specifically with code reviews

·         Engages in coding to help the team to develop his solution and solve all surfacing problems at hand Identifies and removes technical impediments

·         Works with Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack

·         Constantly looks for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo

·         Provides the team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality

·         Shares responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable components

Competencies: Digital: HTML5-CSS3

Essential Skills:

·         7 -10 years of software development experience, with knowledge of Agile software development process

·         Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level

·         Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units

·         Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferred

·         Required technical skills: HTML, Java script, CSS, Node.js, REST APIs, Ruby-On-Rails, GitHub

Desirable Skills:

·         Strong communication skills with ability align organization on complex technical decisions

·         Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the team’s potential

·         Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security

·         Nice to have technical skills: Jira, React, AWS (Elastic Beanstalk)
