Competencies  SharePoint 2013 Experience (Years)  8-10 

Essential Skills  6-8 years’ experience on SharePoint is needed. Experience needs to include SharePoint platform migrations, SharePoint application development, SharePoint architecture. Also required is an excellent level of communications skills and project/task management even though this is not a project manager position, it requires coordination across multiple teams and locations. Excellent command skills are also required coupled with fast and factbased decision making that carries along Key stakeholders.1. Experience programming in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML, HTML5, CSS3.0, Experience with SharePoint Designer 2013, Web Parts, and workflow creation using Designer or implementing SharePoint 2013 workflow. 2. Experience as a SharePoint 2013 Developer in SharePoint 2013 UI customization, ECM, WCM, Workflow, InfoPath, Search, and Managed Metadata/Content Type Syndication, cross site publishing and Content by Search Web part development 3. Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2013. 4. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. 5. Experience with designing SharePoint 2013 master page and page layouts 6. Familiarity with XML based storing and rendering and CMIS standards 

 Desirable Skills  1. Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks 2. Good written and oral communication 3. Explain complex design items through documents, flow-charts and white-board sessions 4. Require knowledge on few Programming Languages 5. Experience with K2 would be a plus. Nintex experience is not required but would be good.
