Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 13+ years of IT experience and a strong background in managing ERP implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integration and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle ERP and Dynamics 365 integration projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project governance, issue resolution, and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

• 13+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP integration projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of ERP integration, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
