Sending of Alumni Survey Form and Employeer Survey Form

Dear Alumni, In our college NBA accreditation process in going on for this, we are collecting the Alumni feedback survey form from the passed out students. so, kindly come forward to fill the form and resend the form to our cse department by post / courier.   I have attached for two feedback survey form 1. Alumni Survey Form ( should be filled on ur own hand writing with sign ) 2. Employer Survey Form (should be filled on ur higher officer (ex.) TL,PM,GM,etc with seal) let's help to get NBA accreditation to our cse dept and also our college.
