The City of Austin has purchased the remainder of the former Tokyo Electron campus. This property runs along the west side of Grove Blvd. to Riverside Drive. The city also owns the property on the southeast corner of the Grover-Riverside intersection. These properties total about 125 acres. The city is developing a plan for how to develop this property. One option would be a Mueller-style development, with affordable, owner-occupied houses, parks, trails, and shopping. There will be a presentation about this development on Zoom, on Tuesday, June 2, at 6 PM. This is an opportunity for EROC residents to give input on what we want to see in this development.
