Dear Community Member,

We’re looking forward to connecting with you at the East Riverside Community Open House. Due to this weekend’s drop in temperatures and the potential for freezing rain, we have decided to move the event to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

Please be prepared for cold temperatures, icy conditions, and potential disruptions, and we encourage residents to use caution, stay informed, and prioritize safety during the winter weather. Please access austintexas.gov/alerts to stay up to date on weather alerts and be safe!

The Open House has been rescheduled to:

Saturday, January 31, 2026

10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

2400 Grove Blvd (Training Center)

Same time and same location as originally planned.

All activities, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the project teams will remain the same — just one week later.

We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we hope you can still join us for this important community conversation about the future of the East Riverside Corridor.
