Okso I was getting an error trying to add a file to a game for full screen windowed mode, and it gave me the error "program cant start missing MSVCR120.dll is missing". Alright, no problem, so everything I searched for said install vcredist_x86.exe, but when I try to run it I get the same error. I cannot figure out or find anywhere how to fix it. I am running 64 bit windows 7 so it is the right file type.

I am not able to install them as I get installations errors at about 10% installation. Sometimes it just give a message with Error 183, but usually first give a "CustomHook_HD_EO.exe - System Error" stating it can't locate Msvcr120.dll.

I saw someone else post about a similar CustomHook... error message with installing 2023. They said they could install the 2024 version. So I tried with Photoshop Elements 2024 and it worked for me as well. But since my paid license is the 2023 version I need to fix the error and get the installations working.

We have installed tizen studio verison 4.5 then installed tv extentions and extras from Extention SDK in package manager.

And tried to run the emulator manager from tizen studio then got error of msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll were missing after that we downloaded the msvcp120.dll and msvcr120.dll file then pasted in path = (C:\Windows\SysWOW64) and we tried to run emulator now

I have checked the prerequisites you linked. I meet all of them except having an NVIDIA GPU. Would that cause the emulator to fail? Google suggests reinstalling the application. I have done this twice for Tizen and the C++ redistributables without success. Do you have any other suggestions?

I keep getting the error that I am missing these two DLL files the thread is so titled. I've tried downloading them, both 64 and 32 bit, put them in the right places, but i get the "application failed to start" error with code "0xc000007b". I've tried uninstalling the redist packages (32 and 64) for 2010 per instructions and reinstalling, no go. I need to use this software, you guys! Help! Windows 10 64, fresh install, fully updated.

I'm having the same problem.. Been using Spriter for several years, but now I had to format the PC. When trying to open Spriter, I got these missing dll messages. Installed both Visual Studio 2013 C++ runtimes on a clean Windows 10 and it didn't work. Help please

Every time so far someone thinks this is the case, it's because they already have a newer version of visual studio installed, so the install does not let the install of 2013 actually take place. In this case, you unfortunately need to first uninstall the newer version, then install VS 2013.. later a windows update will restore you to the latest version, but the required dll files will stay intact and Spriter will work.

I think one other person had this issue and it turned out they were running some obscure antivirus which was preventing the required DLLs from installing, even though they are harmless... you could try temporarily disabling any realtime protection, reinstalling the visual studio distributes, then see if that works.

UPDATE - after installing some updates for Windows 10 and reinstalling VS 2013, I'm not getting the MSVCR120.dll and MSVCP120.dll error messages, but the MSVCP100.dll and MSVCR100.dll. Does this mean I have to install another Visual Studio runtime?
