day 6 - battling the energy of suddent change - "brain"

well, last night I had a dharma battle with a serious Buddhist. I
ended up going to a Kabbalah page and joining their study group.

last nights dream has me not interested in "concentrating" the mind
because most of my concentration was actually more effort than simply
doing it.

In other words, I am still in a relaxed haze with no concept of
tightening up and drilling.

But even so, I'm about to start my exercises anyway.

Hmm, I used the word "brain" today... my head got warm during the
practice for some reason...
