We haven't been in touch for a while. There hasn't been a lot to do.
That's now changed. The government has launched a consultation on
making some of Ordnance Survey's mapping and postcode data open for
reuse, free, and on reasonable terms.
It's so important for right-thinking people to respond and tell
Ordnance Survey to do this, and to do it right. If we don't, only
incumbent commercial interests will respond. This chance won't come
around again for a long time.
