Hi everyone,

I'm working on updating my SFX Knowledgebase to reflect access to
electronic titles we purchase title-by-title through a subscription
agent. Our subscription agency doesn't provide any information about
years of access. Due to some staff turnover and missing documentation,
I am finding myself contacting one publisher after another to
determine what years of access we are entitled to. Is it 5 years
rolling, 1995 to the present, do we own the current content even if we
cancel our subscription later, etc...?

Is there a place for this type of information in the ERMS? How do I
efficiently and effectively store this information for future use?

Sarah (et al),

I added that field to my "Vendor Stats Access" page, not for what the vendor supplies, but what we have loaded for stats.  it could work either way.  Add the field to your Admin_Website_Access table, and then add the field to the form.
