ErlyDTL and branches

Hi,

I've just pushed a new stable branch to Github. This branch will track the latest release, as well as any bug fixes, until the next release.

The master branch will hold new features being developed. It should be in a working state most of the time, but it is not guaranteed to be.

I will document this and possibly other noteworthy items of interest in a CONTRIBUTING file that will be checked into the main repo.
