Functional Programming meetups in Viet Nam?

Hello all,

I'm an Australian Haskell programmer moving to Vietnam in a couple of weeks (toi la nguoi uc, va lap trinh vien? My Vietnamese is still not great :)

I'll be around Da Nang and was wondering if there are any programming meetups I should know about? Haskell or Erlang or anything vaguely functional, really.
