As a bug, it signifies a condition that's potentially harmful.
You should tell us about the environment where this occurs,
including:
- the exact CPU type
- the operating system type & version
- the erlang version

If you can provide a test case that would be great too.

If you're not running the latest R14 release then please
check if the problem occurs with R14 or not.
