[erlang-questions] erlang-bugs reports not showing in list

I am not registered as an individual to be a member of erlang-bugs, but I have sent 2 emails in the last month (March re: reltool and rebar, today re: dialyzer and binary:compile/1) that have not shown up on the list. Are they automatically dropped by the email management system if you are not a member of the list?
