Is it possible to exclude user ygz...@ygzjcc.com from mailing list?

This is really annoying to receive spam from him.

I think this user is not active anymore, here is english translation of his auto-respond message?

You sent (ygz...@ygzjcc.com) messages are not delivered successfully, because the other mailbox is full. Original letter in the Annex.

Done.

Mailman detects and tries to recognize bounces, but it seems has not
managed to parse those.
