I'll upload http://cean.process-one.net with binary packages and
bootstraps soon. When archives will be ready, initial erlang compilation
won't be needed at all to have a working erlang environement.

what do you mean exactly ?
there is still cean.erl which gives you functions to
list/search/install/uninstall packages on your local erlang
distribution, and there are the cean shell functions listed with the help
command
i'm building R14B04 right now.
i'll upgrade http://cean.process-one.net site and packages ASAP
the statistical collection get me drop lots of supported architecture.
i'll only provide osx-intel, windows, linux-x86, linux-x86_64, linux-arm
the site will provide two installers:
developper -> does the git clone and builds bootstraps and working
directory
enduser -> only extract minimal bootstrap and the cean shell command to
download binary packages (the way cean-1.4 did)

I have not had time yet. I finished out all the ground work for
sinan, but have had to switch over to work for a bit. I hope to get
back to it soon.
