Hello all,

I have a question about the license of Erlang on Xen. With which license is Erlang on Xen licensed? Is it open source or closed source?

Best Regards

Check out http://cloudozer.com/. It is not open source.

We have decided to not break good old Erlang's tradition created by its original developers, and open the code when it will reach some level of maturity.
Meanwhile, we keep http://build.erlangonxen.org/ open and free to use, it provides full functionality needed to try some code in Erlang on Xen VM. Since there is no need to have OS under VM, the single binary will work in all 64-bit Xen domUs, including Amazon instances.

Indeed, commercial support is available from Cloudozer at any time by request.

Perhaps, you do have in mind some specific application, and thus, some different or specific licensing scheme?

Sincerely,
