Will it be possible for Embedded Erlang to run on the new Beagle Bone it only has 256MB but I would love to be able to use it on this board.

Hi,

Since the bone is based on a Cortex-A8 I don't see a reason why you couldn't use EE as is.

Please report if you run into issues.

Cheers,

I am in the process of creating leaner packages for a variety of
architectures and distros at the moment but for a quick fix you can have
a look at [1] for Erlang on the 'Bone.

Omer.

Hi Ilya,

There is a mailing list associated with this project, you can post questions there, and also send me questions directly.

Frank Hunleth, who did the port to build root Linux, is extremely supportive. Right now we are jugglingextended family and Christmas so there may be a few day delay in response.

Happy Holidays!

Bill
