Renaming to erl-aus

Hi peoples,

I had the great idea of widening the audience for the list. 

So I've renamed it to erl-aus and talked to OJ about getting some of the Brisbane crowd involved.

Hi all,

I think that broadening the Erlang mailing list to fit the whole country is a good idea. I support Tim's move to bring the Erlangers together from across the country. The community here is still quite small so it might take a while before we have enough volume to have state-specific groups.

I'll reach out to the Brisbane community and I'll chase up a couple of Melbournites as well. If you all have friends who are interested, bring them in!
