JURA Store Dubai will deliver the products to the address provided at the time of order. You can specify a different delivery address, such as your workplace or a friend's address. Delivery charges may apply and will be indicated during the order process. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

If you want to return a product, contact us and indicate which product(s) and the number of products to be returned, along with your reason for return. If the product is returnable under our Terms and Conditions, we will arrange for the pickup of the product(s) after receiving your return request. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery and should be sent back in their original condition and packaging, together with any provided accessories. Clothing must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels/tags attached.

If you return a product because of an error on our part or because it is defective, the product must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the pickup of such product(s) after receiving your return request. Any tech product deemed defective must be inspected by us or by an authorized service center appointed by us to validate its condition before an exchange or refund is given.
