The ZymoBIOMICS DNA Kits are microbial DNA purification kits designed for purifying DNA from a variety of sample inputs that is immediately ready for microbiome or metagenome analyses. These microbial DNA purification kits include the ZymoBIOMICS lysis system which eliminates bias associated with unequal lysis efficiencies of different organisms (e.g. Gram-negative/positive bacteria, fungus, protozoans, and algae), making it ideal for microbial community profiling. The Indiana State Library provides five types of kits for use by public library youth librarians and teachers across the state of Indiana: Book Club Kits, LEGO Kits, DUPLO Kits, Storytime Kits, and Big Idea Storytime Kits.
Shipment of Kits: Please be aware that all Indiana State Library kits are shipped via the INfoExpress courier system. If your school or library is not part of this service, please work with the closest public library who does use INfoExpress to book your kits. Kits can only be used in Indiana.
Lost items: Borrowers assume responsibility for items lost or missing from kits. We ask that the borrower replace the item with a new or gently used version of the original. Contact youngread...@library.IN.gov for more information.

If you have multiple brands or business units, using the brand kit functions in Hubspot is a complete mess. The customer experience is completely inconsistent making the use of the brand kits almost pointless. I would like to see much more consistent use of the brand kits for each business unit.
And I find it so confusing and time consuming as a Hubspot user, as if Hubspot can pull the correct colours for one of the Form sections and one of the sections in Email, why can't it do it for the other sections? And why is it so different across all uses of colour pickers/brand kits?
Canva is a great example of a really easy and user intuitive use of brand kits. You can create brand kits for multiple brands and wherever you are in canva you can switch between brands at anytime and all colours and fonts within that brand are available to you, so you don't have to constantly put the RGB/Hex codes of colours in ALL the time (which is what you have to do with Hubspot). This would make it much easier for marketing and non-marketing colleagues to use Hubspot, as you can easily see what colours, fonts and logos they need to use for each brand by just clicking the colours.
Kits are intended to be used to create or enhance monarch and pollinator habitat on working lands, public lands, tribal lands and private/non-working lands recovering from wildfires, with landowner or land manager collaboration. This includes farms, ranches, tribal land, post-wildfire recovery areas, urban farms or gardens, city parks, school gardens or other public areas. We encourage projects that will benefit historically underserved or underrepresented communities.
We encourage stewards of working lands to partner with organizations or entities that can provide additional technical support for their projects, such as Resource Conservation Districts (RCDs), The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) or other conservation organizations.
The Project Proposal Form collects information about where the kit will be planted, the size of the area, and plans for site preparation, management, and maintenance, as well as plans for pesticide risk mitigation and outreach opportunities, if applicable. A limited number of habitat kits are available and we receive more requests than we are able to fulfill. Participants are selected based on the project information set out in proposals as well as considerations such as location and habitat implementation and management plans.
Single kits are not designed to be divided into multiple projects, and we are not able to provide partial kits or to customize kits for specific projects. Participants must be able to use the entire kit/ minimum order in one project but it can be divided up within the area. For example, several plantings within one county park, or several areas on a farm or ranch. If applying for kits for multiple projects, please fill out a separate application for each project.
We have several types of habitat kits available and the contents of each kit type varies by region. Some kit types are only available in certain regions because we want to work with local plant and seed producers and use local plant ecotypes in our habitat kits as much as possible.
All kits are comprised of native plants that have been identified as having high value to monarchs and other pollinators and are grown without the use of systemic pesticides that may be harmful to pollinators. You may request multiple kits if needed for your project.
The plant species included in the kits have been chosen based on monarch nectaring observations compiled from numerous sources, including published and technical reports, research datasets, and personal communications with monarch researchers, botanists, and other experts. Visitation data provides good general guidance on which plants are preferred by monarchs. Additional factors, such as availability, climate adaptiveness, regional and site suitability and general pollinator attractiveness, were also taken into consideration. We also include important host and nectar plants for other declining pollinators whenever possible. All plant species in the habitat kits are native to California.
The Garden Kits are most appropriate for creating a small pollinator garden because they are smaller kits and have a diversity of plants. The wildflower grassland kits are too large for a small pollinator garden and the hedgerow kits have many shrubs, which make them inappropriate for most pollinator gardens.
To support the work being done by park managers across the country, the Xerces Society has recently released Pollinator-Friendly Parks: Enhancing Our Communities by Supporting Native Pollinators in Our Parks and Other Public Spaces.
Keeping clean is an important part of staying healthy. But essential hygiene supplies are often difficult to find and afford during times of conflict or disaster. Hygiene kits help ensure adults and children have access to the supplies they need.
Help mothers give their infants a good start. Infant care kits are given to families who have been displaced by conflict or disaster, as well as to mothers in other settings who lack access to the supplies they need for their new baby.
In many places where we work, sewing skills open doors to income generation, helping families make ends meet.
Sewing kits are often given through programs that teach sewing or tailoring and provide tools to make and mend clothing or start a business.
Kits and comforters are sent to meet direct and often immediate needs after a crisis or disaster. People who receive these emergency supplies often have trouble purchasing items locally due to high costs, lack of supply or ongoing conflict.
