Please make sure Bluetooth is switched ON on your mobile device. The printer needs to be searched for and connected via the NIIMBOT app, particularly important for iOS users. Directly using the phone's Bluetooth to connect the printer may fail. And please also make sure that when installing the NIIMBOT app, it is granted permission to use the phone's Bluetooth.

The life expectancy of the thermal labels (D Series and B Series except fo B18) is at least 2 years. The effective working temperature of the labels is below 70 C/158 F. The content usually last longer than 2 years in the effective working temperature.

NIIMBOT D Series and B Series (Except B18) label makers are using thermal printing on laminated labels. It just takes a printer and thermal paper to print. B18 label makers are using the thermal transfer printing method for long-lasting purposes and more extreme conditions.

Windows is supported by B21/B1/B3S Label Makers. Please download both the driver and the app to use. Please make sure the B21 Label Printer is connected to your computer using a data-transfer Type-C USB Cable.
