The translate CSS property allows you to specify translation transforms individually and independently of the transform property. This maps better to typical user interface usage, and saves having to remember the exact order of transform functions to specify in the transform value.

In the interest of providing broader language access, DOR is offering guides on how to use third-party software to translate content on the mass.gov website, MassTaxConnect, CSE Case Manager and other DOR content. However, these translations are only an approximation of DOR content. DOR does not guarantee the accuracy, or reliability of computerized translations. In addition, some applications, files, or items cannot be translated, including graphs, photos or images. If any questions or disputes arise concerning the accuracy of the information in translated versions of DOR content, the English language version controls.

Then use a web app, computer program, or professional translation service to edit your XLIFF file. Got your newly-translated file? Great! Open your duplicate content again. Click Settings in the upper right corner, go to the Translations tab, and click Import Translated Text. Select your translated XLIFF file and click Open. A message displays when your text is successfully imported.
Need to translate your training into more than one language? One method is to make multiple copies of the course, then translate those copies. But we like this alternate method since you don't have to keep track of which XLIFF file goes with which training copy.
