Yes we are still outside, but we have moved off the Beach. (I really
love to hear the wind and waves, but safety first.)

We are running at Frontier Park at 6 PM. We welcome everyone,
runners, joggers and walkers - my pace is 12 minutes per mile so you
won't be alone.

This is going to be the home until snow and then we have to revaluate
the hill.

Bring flashlights and friends or come run in the dark alone knowing
that the groups is with you. I like running in the dark, it seems to
quiet the world. This is just about being out and building
friendships to help keep a healthy lifestyle.

See you tonight and sorry for the late post.

Hi

We had a fabulous weather run for November. Again, we had a nice group of
people turn out. A diversity of paces so everyone had someone to run with
if they wanted. If someone wanted a solo run, they had the bonus knowledge
of safety without the pressure of staying with a specific group.

I got to hear some info about the Quad races that I wouldn't have otherwise
ever heard. Each runner brings a unique background and we shares
stories/info that makes us all better after each run - at least that's my
experience.

So, if you have a chance, join us. We'll be running all winter and the one
mile loops seem to work well so that we can motivate each other.

Sheryl

I hope you make it out one of these Thursday's. Everyone has their own
light preferences with most people having a small hand held flashlight.
(Quite smaller than my flashlight story light.)
I had a cheap light attachment fo the hat light but it made the hat tip down
with from the weight. I think it was Russell who had a new headlight last
week that fit over a ballcap nicely. It didn't give off quite as much light
as any of us expected. However, it definitely would catch an oncoming
drivers attention.

I'd say overall, I'm probably the most 'glow' of the group with double
flashlights and reflective gear. But with all the darkness running of all
winter, it's worth having some good reflective clothing.

This week looks like possibly another good weather week but either way -
we'll be out there.
