Thursday Night Run Group

Well, this Thursday is probably the only Thursday night that we will
not be meeting to run together. I hope that you all enjoy friends and
family and, if you are traveling, have safe trips. We will be back
running Thursday evening on December 3rd at 6:00PM at Frontier Park.

But canceling the group does not mean that you can't get in your
mileage for the day. Christine and I are doing the Turkey Trot and
heard last week that many of you are doing it too. It is 3 or 6
miles, walk, run or just get it done (my normal philosophy.)
Christine and I have a saying that you have to learn something on
every run. But sometimes learning to enjoy a run with 2000+ of your
closest "friend" is the lesson. If you are participating in the
Turkey Trot, good luck and I hope that we see you there.
