Dear ERH Society, 

Attached are details about the expenditures since April 2009. When I pay for goods or services out-of-pocket, I save the receipts and periodically write to the President, Clint Gardner, and the Vice-Pres., Wayne Cristaudo, asking for authorization to reimburse myself out of Society funds. 

Consider these letters, then, an appendix to the Treasurer's report, with more documentation than is in the Treasurer's report.
