To ERH Society members:
Attached, for those interested, is a summary financial statement for the ERH/Wm. James conference. It is necessary to distribute this information for the record. Expenditures of $12,701 were matched by revenues of the same amount, including $2,201 from the assets of the Society, i.e., made up of dues received and registration fees specifically for the conference, but the ERH Society treasury is now seriously depleted. Dues payable for 2011 will help to replenish the Society's working capital, but there will certainly be constraints in the coming year.
