Thank you all for participating in our 1st ever Eastvale Powder Puff Tailgate! Here is some info:.
Set-up 3:30pm:
We will be providing the following:
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- 1 poster with your club name
I recommend bringing a an easy up/canopy since it will be a tad warm.
We will start setting up at 3:30pm. The event starts at 5pm and ends at 7pm.
Money:
ASB does not have enough cash boxes for every club. You will be responsible for taking or supervising the money. (I recommend supervising. I don't like to touch $$$) At the end of the night, all money will be taken to to ASB, but counted the following week.
I won't have time to count the money during the game. You keep all profit.
If you purchased supplies for your fundraiser and need to be reimbursed, all money/ies (never knew the difference) must be deposited first. The amount reimbursed cannot exceed the funds you have in your club account. PLEASE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS. We
cannot reimburse anyone without a receipt.
Clean-up:
Although we have custodians, we ask that you please clean up your area and any trash around your booth.
The game starts at 7:30pm so the quicker we all clean up, the sooner we can enjoy the game.
Please bring extension cords or any other material you will need for your fundraiser.
Also, tell your club members to advertise advertise advertise! We want this event to be successful:)
